in search of knitting books…

While walking along Parnell Street, I came across Chapters Bookstore. As a knitter, I made a beeline for the Craft/Hobbies section. They had an excellent range and selection of craft books. I was pleasantly surprised to see a variety of knitting books from learn to knit, stitch dictionaries and pattern books. I took my time perusing through the felting books. It was nice to see that some of the books were reasonably priced (most were under 20 euro). For a new knitter, wanting to expand on their knitting library, this is a store worth visiting.

As an added bonus, the entire second floor is dedicated to selling used books. I found and purchased an updated edition of Paton’s Learn to Knit book for 3.99 euro.
